I hate being an adult sometimes...
Why is it that the electric and gas bills ALWAYS come when there is the lowest amount of money in my account all month? And furthermore, why is there a $20 minimum charge for gas when I do not even turn the fucking heat on? Stupid City of Dover and Chesapeake Utilities…I didn’t want to meet the minimum balance of my checking account anyway.
